Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

Most items may be ineligible for returns such as cut yardage & yarns, threads, books, patterns, custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.  Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. All returns are at the discretion of the owner.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. All returns must be confirmed with shop prior to initiation.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
